Can I refund/ cancel my Ticket?
Yes, you surely can cancel your booking or ticket with us. We offer a 72hrs full deposit refund. This means if you paid the deposit for a flight or holiday package, you can apply for a full refund within 72 hours of the initial deposit. Please bear in mind, cash refunds could take up to 15 working days to process.
Please include the booking reference number, if you originally paid in cash, your preferred payment method. Airline refund will take 15 business days and on the other hand, the deposit refund will be processed in 7 business days.

My Tickets are issued. Can I get a full refund?
Sadly not. Once the tickets are issued airline charge the cancellation charges and the remaining amount will be refunded back. Holidacious charge GBP 25 as an admin fee.
I am not happy with my holiday deal?
